Since opening The One Med Spa six years ago, we have redefined the Med Spa experience. Our mission from the beginning has been to transform traditional, boring Botox appointments into an incredibly enjoyable and fun journey for both our clients and providers.
As the largest Med Spa in the RGV, we offer a luxurious setting where affordability meets elegance. Our unique “Chill Out Room” features massage chairs for our clients to wait in and complimentary snacks, making every visit feel like a stay at a high-end hotel. We take pride in being the only Med Spa in South Texas recognized as the largest account by five international companies—a true testament to our commitment to excellence. Additionally, we are proud to be the only Med Spa in the RGV with over 2,000 Google reviews, reflecting our clients’ satisfaction and trust.

Meet Dr. John Visintine
Dr. John Visintine, our owner and supervising physician, is a true gem in the world of aesthetic medicine! Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, he has dedicated his life to helping others and making them feel their best. After graduating from the University of Toledo Medical School in 1997, Dr. Visintine completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Toledo and went on to specialize in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University, graduating in 2008.
Since 2009, he has been practicing Maternal Fetal Medicine with a focus on advanced fetal interventions (high risk pregnancies), bringing his expertise to Driscoll Children’s Hospital. However, his passion for aesthetics blossomed six years ago when he trained with the renowned Dr. Simon Ourian, the go-to cosmetic doctor for many celebrities, including the Kardashians and Jenners. This early exposure to the secrets of injectables has allowed Dr. Visintine to create stunning transformations at The One Med Spa.
With a background in art—thanks to his talented mom, a professional artist—Dr. Visintine combines his creative flair with his medical expertise, ensuring each treatment is not only effective but also enhances the natural beauty of his clients. He was honored to be named a Top Doctor by his peers in 2020, a testament to his skills and dedication in the field.
Dr. Visintine’s heart lies in empowering women, whether it’s through managing complex pregnancies or helping them look and feel their absolute best. He is happily married to Crystal Felici Visintine, and together they have created a warm and inviting environment at The One Med Spa, where self-love and self-care are celebrated every day.
